Reservations
Rates are based on double occupancy. We are not able to accommodate additional guests in your room. A deposit of the first night is required to hold your reservation.

Cancellations
Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to arrival date will have deposit refunded less $15 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival date are not refunded unless we are able to rebook the room/suite.

Check-In and Check-Out Times
Check-in time is after 4P.M. Check-out time is no later than 12 P.M.

Business Center
Equipped with a desktop computer, printer, fax and basic office supplies. You are sure to appreciate working from our comfortable sunroom with skylights, windows looking over the property and its cheerful garden theme. For your privacy and convenience we provide free Wi-Fi throughout the bed & breakfast.

Smoking/Drinking
We are a smoke-free bed and breakfast. If you are a smoker, you may smoke outside away from the guest rooms. Responsible social drinking is allowed.

Children
Ponderosa Lodge offers guests a uniquely elegant country atmosphere for discerning guests. Children are welcome as long as they will not interfere with the comfort and enjoyment of our other guests. Children 12 years old and older are billed at our standard room rates.

Privacy Policy
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site and/or complete a reservation request. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited.  However, we will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Other
:: Pets are not allowed at our facility. However, we can recommend local kennels.
:: Lit candles/open flames are not allowed on the property.
:: In the unlikely event of an emergency, we have an automated external defibrillator (A.E.D.)
